New to Blackboard?

1 Login Account
  • Use the prefix to your "UARK" account as the username.

    Example: If your email address is student@uark.edu, then your username is student.

  • Your Password will be your month and day of birthday (mmdd). It must be four numbers.

    Example: If you were born on January 20th, your password will be 0120.
     

  • If you get an error, try the "Forgot your Password" link on the front screen. This will reset your current password and email a link to your UARK Email Account.
2 Change your Password - ASAP!!!
After you have logged in for the first time, you need to change your password. On the Main Page of your Blackboard, select Personal Information from the TOOLS Menu. Select Change Password. Verify & Submit.

3 Still Having Trouble?
If you have recently upgraded your operating system or added any Microsoft Patches or Updates, this tends to change the Cookie Settings or the Scripting settings. Please call or email if you have any problems.
